We stand behind our quality. If your TeeGenni product has defects or isn’t what you ordered (wrong size, design, color), we’ll replace it free. Just email support@teegenni.com with a photo showing the issue.
We can’t accept returns for user errors (wrong size, etc.). If you need to return for another reason, email support@teegenni.com. We’ll review your request and provide a return address if needed. You cover return shipping.
We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Unwashed, unworn items only. Washed/worn/damaged items are not refunded.
Missing Refund?
If your refund hasn’t arrived, follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank: Verify the refund hasn’t been posted yet.
- Contact Credit Card: Refunds can take time to appear on your statement.
- Inquire with Bank: Delays may be on their end.
